DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE PREVIOUS DANCE EXPERIENCE?
Not at all! Though this program is designed to challenge you into your best self, you have control and you get to choose your level. We offer a beginner calendar and an intermediate/advanced calendar. We suggest you start with the beginner calendar, which helps introduce each workout more slowly.
IS IT GOING TO CUT OFF A LOT OF THINGS FROM MY CURRENT DIET?
Only if you choose to do so. Our goal is to educate you and empower you to make your own decisions. This program will teach you what to put in your plate and how much, but we won't be as detailed as "add 6 1/2 almonds to 3.25 ounces of broccoli". This is NOT our Nutritional Program. We want you to enjoy what you eat and make it stress-free.
WHY 6 WEEKS?
On average, it takes your body 28 days to adapt to change. We added an extra 2 weeks to offer you the extra support and time for your body to communicate with you what it likes and what it doesn't. This will help you decide what are the things about this challenge that you feel good and confident about adopting into your lifestyle.
