Most of us are home.
Some are loving it.
Some are hating it.
Some manage to work from home.
I know we are going thru a unique time in history. We are all going to look back and remember this time. It will be talked about for years and years to come.
Alex and I would love to bring you extra good energy and motivation during this time. All we can do as individuals right now is to take care of our own health and encourage others to do the same.
That's why we are going LIVE every day of the week, Monday thru Friday.
Today, Monday, March 23rd, was the first time I went Live on YouTube. Some of you joined me LIVE, and I thank you for that. You motivated me!
I planned a full body workout with the main focus on the lower body. For me, that's the type of workout where I burn the most calories.
This one did not disappoint.
After 20 minutes, I burned 300 calories!
I got text messages and DMs with positive feedback. Every person commented on how sweaty they got and how good the workout felt.
