We are getting straight to the point here. New Year Resolutions are filled with great and motivating actions to lead us to change, and that's fantastic!!! BUT PLEASE DON'T START THE YEAR WITH A DETOX!
Detox used to be a Hollywood star crazed thing. Now we all know someone who has done it, who is currently doing it or who's getting ready for one.
We think it's VERY important you understand WHAT a detox is and what is not.
A lot of people do a detox to achieve weight loss. All you'll loose is water.
Then a lot of people claim they want to get rid of toxins, yet fail to recognize the very food they are using to "detox" are filled with toxins!
So what is the benefit, really?
