But this was one of the many simple ways I went about adding MACA to my diet.

The "my favorite"...
BLUE-NANA MACA PROTEIN SHAKE
8 oz. Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 cup of Organic (washed) Blueberries
1 Organic Banana
1 Scoop of Protein Powder of Choice
1 teaspoon of Organic Maca Powder
Prep time: 5 minutes
1- Clean out your Blender. I used my amazing Vitamix.
2- Pour 8 oz. of Unsweetened Almond Milk.
(helpful readable measurements on the side)
3- Add 1 cup of washed Organic blueberries.
4- Add Banana (depending on your blender, you may need to chop it up).
5- Add 1 Scoop of Protein Powder of choice.
6- Add 1 teaspoon of Organic Maca Powder.
7- May add ice, if you want. Blend it all together and Serve!
And that's it, ladies!
I love this so much! This is oe of my snack options. I even drink it sometimes as a dinner replacement if I'm not feeling that hungry, or if I know I'm going to bed earlier than usual.
This is a great way to start adding MACA to your diet.
