Healthy tips to make your 4th of July spectacular!

Make sure you set yourself up for success, by having around the things that you want to snack, eat and drink on. Such as fresh fruit, cut up veggies, healthy nuts like almonds and fun drinks like my Fizzy Infused Summer Mocktail! If you are going to a party where you aren’t sure if what they will be serving what you want to be filling up on - then fill up ahead of time or bring these easy healthy options along with you - the more you fill up on the good stuff, the less room you’ll have for the bad! Go into your day with good intentions, and a plan, but don’t forget to be kind to yourself! If you end up eating more than you intend too, don’t beat yourself up for it. Let it go, and try and remain mindful as the holiday goes on! Getting down on yourself can only lead to more eating, more stress, and missing out on the moment. Remind yourself that you ultimately have control when it comes to your choices, so tap in to you during your day and make sure you are on track to having a spectacular holiday!
