Here is a fizzy, fruity, drink that has all the fun of a bar cocktail without the alcohol so that your 5th of July is as enjoyable as your 4th! Fizzy Infused Summer Mocktail
1 persian cucumber
4 sprigs of mint - more for garnish
1 muddler or citrus extractor
Strainer - preferably small one that can go over your glass
Wash a lime and then roll it around on your countertop while applying gentle pressure. This helps release its juices.
Cut 1 wedge from the lime.
Cut and cube ¼ of 1 persian cucumber with skin on.
Cut and cube 1 strawberry.
4 pieces of mint.
Dump it in the glass and muddle.
In another glass add a few ice cubes, and with a small strainer over the glass, pour in the muddled concoction.
Pour club soda over the strainer and squeeze out any excess juices.
Add mint, lime and a strawberry for garnish.
Adaptation: option to add himalayan salt to the rim of the cup. xoxo
