Hikes for Likes


Something that always helps me reground, helps me get centered and fills me with a sense of appreciation and awe is a good hike. To be in God's creation and being surrounded by balance, beauty and stillness is something I've grown really fond of... I even yearn it now!


Living in a world that moves at 1,000 mph, PLUS living in my own little world which seems to move at 1,000,000 mph, activities that help me (my mind, my soul, my spirit, my physical body) slow down are definitely becoming a priority to me.

This Holiday I encourage you to talk to a loved one and ask them to commit to waking up a little earlier with you and join you on a hike. Reconnect with self and with each other. Notice what you're noticing.
