Having a Six Pack can be deceiving. Having a six pack can be genetic and doesn't necessarily mean you have strong core. Abs refer to the well toned abdominal muscles while six pack refers to the protruding muscles over well toned abs. Your core is responsible for maintaining your posture and protecting the internal organs.
