NEUTRAL SPINE is a must. Protect your back by focusing on a neutral pelvis (not over tucking, and not sticking out your booty). Sculpt the body from there, the correct way.
THINK LENGTH: Always reaching long through the limbs- arms and legs.
ENEGAGE ABS AT ALL TIMES by first thinking about softening the ribs. Then purposefully engage the whole abdominal wall in every exercise.
Use MODIFICATIONS when needed.
