The 3XT Dance Company gives you the opportunity to ignite the artist in you by intimately training and performing side by side with Alex Kaye and Ferly Prado, back up dancers to Music’s biggest stars.
Each quarter presents a different opportunity for you to be a part of professional dance experiences like Music Videos, Photoshoots, Creative Retreats, Live Performances, Outreach Programs, and so much more.
This is about self-exploration and discovery. This is the place to ignite your inner star, surprise yourself, and connect with like-minded triple threat women. WE ARE EXCITED AND HONORED TO HAVE YOU!
what you can expect
1st Leg: Jan 11th-March 28th
PROJECT: MUSIC VIDEO SHOOT + PHOTOSHOOT
2nd Leg: April 6th – June 20th
PROJECT: CREATIVE RETREAT + PHOTOSHOOT
3rd Leg: July 5th – September 26th
PROJECT: SPECIAL EVENT + PHOTOSHOOT
4th Leg: September 27th – December 18th
PROJECT: LIVE PERFORMANCE + PHOTOSHOOT
Ways to join
YEAR • 1 QUARTER • 1 DROP-IN
We divide the full year experience into 4 quarters. Each quarter consists of seven 3-hour sessions that lead to final quarterly project.
THE FORMATION PLAN: When you join the year you take advantage of all the experiences planned for the remainder of the year:
- Access to up to 28 3-hour sessions
- Access to and participation in all 4 projects for 2021
- Up to 12 monthly 1-on-1’s
- Up to 4 quarterly nutritional consultations
- Up to 4 photoshoots
- Access to Studio3XT thru December 31st, 2021
- …all while enjoying some serious savings and never missing a thing!
THE CARPE DIEM PLAN: When you join the quarter you take advantage of:
- Access to up to 7 3-hour sessions for the quarter
- Access to and participation in that quarter’s project
- Up to 3 monthly 1-on-1’s
- 1 complimentary nutritional consultations
- 1 complimentary photoshoot session
- Access to Studio3XT for 3 months
- Save money and have some flexibility!
POP-UP PLAN: Full flexibility! Take advantage of the available drop-in class experience of your interest! You have the opportunity to pop in and take class with our dance company members as your schedule allows it. Dates and spots are limited.

3XT stand for “triple threat” and this quarter you will explore the triple threat in you. Your personal, professional and prolific lives make up your existence, and the latter truly affects the first two.
That is YOU- not what you do for a living or who you choose to have relationships with.
Your creativity and creations are your mark in this world.
(The become a Company member you are required a minimum of a 3 month commitment as we work towards that quarter’s project.)
